Terms & Conditions for Utspring Membership
1. General These terms apply to the purchase of membership for Utspring (Org.nr 935697476). By purchasing a membership, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
2. Membership & Payment
- Scope: Membership grants access to the Utspring community and specific events as defined in your tier description.
- Payment: All prices are in NOK (Norwegian Krone). Payment is processed via Stripe.
- Binding Agreement: Your purchase is binding. By completing the checkout, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the Community Agreements.
3. Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)
- 14-Day Cooling Off Period: In accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the date of purchase.
- How to Cancel: To use this right, you must notify us via email at [Insert Email] within 14 days. We will refund the full amount.
- Exception: If the main event takes place within these 14 days and you attend, you waive the right of withdrawal for the consumed service.
4. Liability Waiver (Read Carefully) Utspring involves workshops, physical movement, and potential psychological processes. By joining, you agree that:
- Voluntary Participation: Your participation is 100% voluntary. You are free to withdraw from any exercise at any time.
- Assumption of Risk: You understand that participation involves risks of physical injury or emotional distress. You assume full responsibility for your own well-being.
- Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Norwegian law, Utspring, its organizers, and volunteers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage (physical, mental, or material) sustained during Utspring events, except in cases of gross negligence (grov uaktsomhet).
- Not Therapy: Utspring is a peer-support community, not a clinical therapy setting. If you have a history of severe mental illness, you agree to consult a professional before joining.
5. Substance Policy
- You agree to follow the substance guidelines outlined in our Community Agreements.
- Any use of substances is done at your own risk and responsibility.
- Possession of illegal substances is prohibited by Norwegian law.
6. Code of Conduct & Termination We reserve the right to revoke membership and ask participants to leave an event (without refund) if they:
- Violate the Community Rules or Principles.
- Harass, threaten, or endanger others.
- Fail to respect consent boundaries.
7. Changes to Events Utspring reserves the right to change the schedule or location of events due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure). Significant changes will be communicated via email.
8. Governing Law These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled by the courts of Norway.
