UTSPRING

Utspring (Norwegian for ‘source emergence’) is a co-created gathering where we explore what happens when we listen for what wants to flow and grow and create space for it to flourish.

You know these moments of aliveness – when inspiration strikes, when you’re fully present, when you’re moved by something greater. Not an old pattern, but fresh life-force unfolding through you.

We call these moments utspring. And we’re learning how to create the conditions where they happen more – in ourselves and each other.

We gather by water and fire, in sauna and dance, through ceremonies, workshops and the spaces in between by the beautiful lakeside in Nord-Odal.

Here, we learn to move into deeper presence and connection with ourselves, the body, and our uniqueness. We meet ourselves exactly as we are with kindness and courage. And from there, we explore playfully, melting limiting fear, testing our edges and exploring new ways of being.

We learn where or unique melody fits into the greater symphony of Utspring and beyond.

We listen for what wants to be created through us. It could be music, art, a physical structure, a healing sound, a game, a service, an insight, an energetic movement or another load of wood for the fire.

WHAT GROWS BEYOND THE GATHERING

At the gathering, we plants seeds that keep growing. The connections we make become a mycelium network – something living that continues to nourish and expand long after we leave the lakeside. Who knows what mushrooms will grow from it!

We’re learning that when people willing to do this work find each other, we create something organic and beautiful that none of us could design or control. It just grows.
